Mind Over Music invites Sully Gravity
With Cassianne Lawrence and Nuria Assis
On this episode we dive deep into burnout, the pressures of the music industry and the toll it takes on mental health. From the high expectations placed on artists to the relentless grind that leads to burnout, we explore what needs to change.
Joining us is the incredible Sully Gravity—a powerhouse musician by night and a dedicated music teacher by day. Passionate about reshaping the education system, Sully sheds light on the urgent need for better mental health support in classrooms, especially for students with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
How can we create a more sustainable future for artists? How do we ensure that young minds in London’s schools receive the well-being support they deserve? Tune in for a thought-provoking conversation that challenges the status quo and advocates for real change—both in the industry and in the classroom.
With Guest: Uniquely soothing and emotive, soul, RnB and Gospel inspired singer-songwriter Sully Gravity has been writing songs since he was 12. After performing with acts such as Bruno Major and doing sold-out shows in London, Madrid, Nashville and Paris; he’s currently finishing his debut album, scheduled to be released 2025’s Autumn.
